BrowserLock Kiosk Edition - A next-generation combination of both a "personal" Internet portal and Web access filter. It is a client-side portal, which resides on the user.s own machine, and which also has the ability to restrict Web access to only those sites which are authorised by a supervisor, such as a parent or office manager. The supervisor has complete control over which Web sites the portal offers links to, and can update these sites by adding or deleting sites on the BrowserLock access lists for a single user profile. BrowserLock is a Trade Mark of the BrowserLock partnership. Patent Pending. BrowserLock is supplied as a self-extracting, self-installing archive file.
